The results of the Double Major and Minor applications of the students who applied to our Faculty departments in the 2024-2025 Spring semester have been determined.

 Candidates who are eligible to register to our faculty departments will apply in person to our faculty student affairs office with their application petition between February 20-25, 2025.

Students who are registered will register for courses  between February 20 - 25, 2025  with their UBYS username and password at ubys.bartin.edu.tr . Course registration will be completed with the approval of the advisor. However; if there are courses to be added or changed by the advisor, the course registration will be sent by the advisor for the approval of the student. After the student approves the courses added or changed by the advisor, he/she will send the course registration again  for the approval of the advisor.

  1. Internal Transfer Procedures for International Students Enrolled in Associate and Undergraduate Programs (2024-2025 Spring)

Legislation

According to Article 16 of Bartın University Directive on Admission and Registration Principles for International Students, “Daytime students (except Turkish Preparatory) can transfer to any department they want once in the Fall or Spring semesters, within the add-drop week following the start of classes at the latest within the first 2 semesters they start the program, if there is a quota and the academic unit board of directors approves. Evening students can apply for Inter-departmental transfer by benefiting from our University’s Ten Percent Principles. There is no quota limitation in transfers from the daytime program to the evening program of the same department.” “The placement score or diploma grade of students who are granted the right to Internal Inter-departmental transfer with this directive cannot be lower than the base score of the placement score or placement diploma grade of the International students who were last placed in the relevant department.”

Documents to be Uploaded in Applications

  • Active Student Certificate
  • Original copy of the diploma and the original Transcript of Records and their translations approved by the Turkish Representative Office
  • International Student Internal Transfer Application Form (The form is available on the application screen.)
  • Diploma equivalence certificate

Note 1: International students whose transfer is accepted must pay the difference in the tuition fee for the new department they will be enrolled in and send the receipt to the e-mail address in the announced lists during the week of the student registration dates. If the difference fee is not paid, course registration will not be made.
