Student Records

26-27 September 2024 Department registrations and course registrations will be made by the academic unit student affairs.

Documents to be uploaded in applications

1-Active Student Certificate 2- The original of the diploma and the original transcript and their translations approved by the Turkish Representative Office 3- International Student Internal Transfer Application Form (There is a form on the application screen.) 4- Diploma equivalency certificate

Note 1: International students who are accepted for lateral transfer are required to pay the difference in tuition fees to the department they will enroll in and send the receipt to the e-mail address in the announced lists in the week of student registration dates. If the difference fee is not paid, course registration will not be made.

Note 2: Programs with quotas will be open on the application screen and 5 quotas are allocated. There is no quota for non-open programs.
