Bartın University (BARU) 2021-2022 Academic Year Graduation Ceremonies were held with great enthusiasm.

Bartın University (BARU) 2021-2022 Academic Year Graduation Ceremonies were held with great enthusiasm. The first (Hakan AVŞAR) and the third (Atakan BULUT) students are  from the Department of Forest Industrial Engineering and the second one (Berkant IŞIK) from the Department of Forest Engineering.

Attending the graduation ceremony, Erkan GAZİBEYOĞLU (Kastamonu Forest Operations Manager), President of the Western Black Sea Branch of the Chamber of Forestry Engineers, Member of the Board of Directors Volkan BAŞOĞLU, Mehmet KURUMEŞE and Aydın PİRİZOĞLU, Bartın Representative Tuncay KARABÜRK and Faculty Representative Prof. Dr. Azize TOPER KAYGIN, Bartın Faculty of Forestry. He presented the gifts to all the students who graduated from his faculty on behalf of the Chamber of Forest Engineers. Our Dean Prof. Dr. Birsen DURKAYA, Forest Industry Eng. Dept. Head Prof. Dr. Bülent KAYGIN, Head of Forest Engineering Department Prof. Dr. Metin TUNAY, Faculty Secretary Refik ÜNVER, and lecturers they were present at the awarding of gifts to the students. We congratulate all our students who have graduated and wish them health, happiness and success in their careers.

  • On November 11th National Afforestation Day, Saplings Met with the Soil with the Slogan “Breath for the Future, Breath for Humanity”

  • Smart and Sustainable Forestry Workshop Organized in Our Faculty

  • TÜBİTAK 2209-A Celebration Event was Held in Our Faculty.

  • With the project of Bartın University (BARU) supported by TÜBİTAK, the husk material that emerges after the harvest of hazelnuts will be recycled in an environmentally friendly manner.

  • A training was organized in our faculty within the scope of “TÜBİTAK 2209-A–B- University Students Research Projects Support Program”.

  • Bartın Forestry Faculty Orientation Training was Held.

  • The faculty members and students of our faculty attended ‘’SOSYALFEST’’ (International Social Sciences Festival)
