During the workshop, experts in the field, academics, representatives of NGOs, and various stakeholders came together to evaluate the ecological changes in Anatolian geography from the past to the present, the vegetation of Anatolia, and the historical differentiation of its interaction with the environment. Throughout the workshop, panels and working groups were organized where expert individuals and academics discussed the historical process of forestry in Anatolia, its relationship with the environment, the role of forest fires in this process, and the relationship between people and forests.
